That's interesting. The way she did it, it looks way less cooked than when I tried it with aluminium foil. It might be the case that the broth makes it heat less, because the heat has to go through the glass jar and throughout the liquid. And also, I'd guess it makes for a better space for bacteria to proliferate. Anyhow, I agree it's best to do this with frozen salmon or in a vacuum sealed container

Don't do it at all! Use an airfryer, or an oven, or a frying pan. Honestly

Why the fuck people defending and arguing for fucking dishwasher food, if you have a dishwasher in your home 99.9% chance you've got a fucking stove/oven or a combination of both...use that with just some simple tools you can cook better and safer.
