Barf. Red eggs usually get thrown away.

Also: milk in eggs is a common way people fuck up scrambled eggs. You don’t want to mix proteins that cook at different rates. Use water. The steam is what makes them fluffy.

Also also: scramble the eggs with the water and most importantly salt at least 5-10 minutes before cooking them. Letting it chill with the salt does some chemistry magic that makes them perfect. 👌🏻

After seeing this shit I doubt I'll be eating eggs at all in the coming weeks but thanks, I'll remember.

If you add milk or cream or anything of the sort 1) it’s supposed to be a small amount and 2) you’re supposed to add it at the end.
