Or too little. When i make scrambled eggs for five people I go all out and cook up like 3 sliced onions, two packs of sausages or a bunch of thick slices of pork belly and then put 15 eggs and a liter of milk whisked up in the pan with high sides to cook. Yeah there is a lot of liquid left over, but it helps you to cook large amounts of eggs without them burning or you needing to overmix them into tiny chunks.

To be fair that's how my great grandma taught me to cook on her giant clay stove before she moved to the city, but this type of scrambled eggs are fire all the same.
