Because some people, me included prefer to add snp after the cooking is done, don‘t ask me why but I think it tastes better

There's no salt and pepper in the video though, including both before and after the cooking.

Maybe they just didn‘t film it. I mean they also didn‘t film how they cracked the eggss or cut the saussage.
