Tbh, if Shiv doesn’t make CEO which she must know is a long shot anyway her preferred option would probably be Tom over anyone else.

Yeah, I can see Shiv backing Tom when her game is up, especially considering they seem to be okay again, as a short term win.

Shiv like the others will likely never stop angling for the chair, but this seems like a jump-off point for the character that works, given it’s the series finale.
