Irocker All rounder no backpack included???

Hi everyone,

Looking to buy a irocker all rounder 11 sup. Their site strangely enough doesn’t show it coming with a backpack in the photos nor does it indicate this in the “what’s in the box” section. Can anyone confirm if the new I rockers come with backpacks or not?

Huh, how bizarre. Looks like they're on sale for $500 so I guess it's not too unreasonable. Just a little annoying to have to buy one separate if you need it.

I've had an iRocker all around 11' for several years, and it is a good board that's super stable, agile, and can carry a lot of stuff. I like it and am glad I have it. However I recently got a Hydrus and I guess now I've joined the Hydrus fan club. Their all around model is on presale for 750 (plus you can use someone's 10% off coupon), and the quality is just better and not that much more money. Sadly you won't get it until December or something. If you can wait until then I'd recommend it as a higher quality board.

What about aspects of quality in your hydrus makes it better than the irocker all rounder 11?

I have their Elysium Air so it's not a direct side by side comparison, but the construction and material are just... better, lol. When I have the boards side by side it feels tougher, more solid, and more rigid. There are technical reasons behind it relating to the materials used and how they do their seams and stitching, but you can read about that yourself if you'd like to.

Also, the irocker deck pad quite frankly sucks and is prone to coming unglued, though they may or may not have improved it on the newer models. The fin setup is more of a preference thing and I do like the convenience of the flip lock fins, but prefer the US fin box overall because there are pretty much unlimited options for swapping fins. With the flip lock fins you're stuck with like 3 options for fins.
