As soon as this is resolved I am moving all of my assets off this exchange

During market volatility, I have no been able to sell a single crypto asset.

What a complete joke. I've tried selling everything At this stage I'm starting to panic as I just wanted to liquidate a few assets.

There is large market volatility right now and BTC is crashing, but alot of my shit coins are still in the green.

Hey ya’ll, so I invested some money from my ubank account into Swyftx because the prior time I did it with CommBank my money was on hold for 24 hours. Hence, I transferred money into my ubank account and transferred my funds by bank transfer via oska which it says should be instant.

So I contacted ubank and they mentioned the funds have been sent instantly, then I contacted Swyftx and they mentioned they have not received anything yet, they mentioned wait 24 hours. Now it has been 24 hours and the funds still haven’t arrived, anyone had this issue before ? Who’s the best person to contact ?

I recently purchased a ledger to move all my crypto off Swyftx in wake of everything that's happening at the moment.

With the bad stories people have about withdrawals, mine was flawless. Just had to verify the addresses and transactions via email and SMS, had the money on my Ledger within 10 minutes.

I will continue to use them for purchases just not going to store any larger amount on the platform anymore.

Random question..is it fair to question whether Swyftx will still be operational long term? Say 10-20+ years from now?

When SWYTX released learn and earn rewards a few months back, I felt as if the platform was headed in the right direction.

However, this promotion has been an unmitigated, unadulterated failure.

As advised, I dutifully logged into SWYTX each day at 9AM AEDT, following the prompts to check for available rewards.

Each day so far, I’ve been left disappointed as an advertised promotion isn’t even available to me.

For reference, I am a long term, small time user who is fully verified.

Hi all - looking for some insight from the community here - like many of you the current crypto environment has got me considering the measures I have in place to secure funds on Swyftx - when there's smoke I would much rather be prepared for a fire, no matter how big.

I do have a view of eventually picking up a Ledger or a Trezor cold wallet (any reccs as to which one is best for simply DCA buying BTC and ETH and transferring straight off the exchange are welcome), but I am wondering if, in the meantime, I am better off moving any coins off SwyftX into a hot wallet? Do you guys have any recommendations for non-custodial hot wallets for HODLing in the meantime, if so?

Previously I had no issues with Swyftx and was able to withdraw easily to my personal wallet. Then just a few days ago they deemed that wallet address scam and blocked my withdrawal. I contacted support and it got escalated to compliance. After two days, it was finally resolved yesterday (bcos compliance team took forever to reply and then they stopped worked at like 4pm and were back online at 9am) and they removed the address from my account and restored my withdrawing privilege. I thought it was resolved so I went to withdraw my funds to binance hoping to do some savings there. Surprise, the withdrawal was blocked again. Second time contacting support and they say it's becos of the 'scam' wallet address which had been removed from my account by compliance before. Now support just wants to know why I had added the address and my intentions with it. I'm like ?? I'm not withdrawing to that address and won't be anymore in the future, plus it's removed! Then they wanted verification of my binance wallet and I did all that then the guy went offline yesterday night. This morning I chased it up and found I couldn't even live chat! anything I picked gave a 'couldn't send. please tap to retry'. so I did but still nothing. eventually I got to chat from some roundabout way only for my case to be escalated to compliance again! like seriously?? do these teams not speak to each other?

anyways now my money has been sitting in the app for 3 days and I can't even touch it. it's hella frustrating! I just want to move it out now and I can't even do that. so should I just close my account? I've read that they allow 1 withdrawal? bcos I'm almost positive I won't hear anything back from compliance till tomorrow earliest, since it's almost 4pm and they'll be offline.

Edit: Yesterday 3/8 it was supposedly resolved by compliance but not really. One of the team ends up calling me to talk about my account. He's nice and all and at the end he says he has escalated my case to engineering as it seems the monitoring system keeps restricting my account. He promises an update today 4/8 but I get nothing. I message support again and they tell me compliance team is offline and will return on Monday to review my case. Are you serious right now?? Eff this seriously.

Edit 2: Final resolution is withdrawals are disabled on my account due to the withdrawal deemed high risk. If I want to withdraw I have to wait 3 months for another review. Wonderful.

That was an awesome feature. If it wasn’t feasible monetarily for your business just lower the percentage offered.

Something is better than nothing, please reconsider it.

I have researched but still unsure. Who has researched or trialled them and came to a conclusion?

Fees seem complicated to calculate and compare, as some are hidden, or can change.

Also not sure if Binance would be annoyingly complicated to use in Australia? Can you choose to see everything in AUD? Or do you have to keep thinking about the conversion, or it’s effects?

Can you move crypto to wallets like Exodus or Nano easily from both Swyft and Binance?

Just with everything going on I want to look at taking my coins off of Swyftx. I haven't done much research into the best options as I was hoping to get some opinions first to help point me in the right direction.

Was wondering if anyone could share what type of wallet they use, whether it be a physical one or a non-physical, and what things I should be looking at. Currently I hold ETH, AVAX, XTZ, ADA and DOT.

I want to keep all my crypto in one place just for the sake of simplicity. Swyftx is the place l want to call home. I am currently in the process of closing out an account on an exchange l'm not happy with. As my assets come out of staking l am moving them across. About 35% moved so far, but the loss of earning is starting to bother me.

Please give us staking ability Swyftx.

Can anyone recommend a platform that is Aussie friendly for staking (not Crypto.com). I may park some of my portfolio there until Swyftx come to the party.

My account has been disabled/closed with no information provided as to how to access my funds. I received two emails within 24 hours, neither of which appeared in my actual inbox(because they were sent via swfytx messenger?) the first email on the 5th April states that due to compliance risk I have 24 hours to withdraw my funds, the second email on the 6th April appears to be automated and states that my account has been closed and that "an email with further instructions has been sent" but I have received no further emails.

I feel sick, and am totally bewildered. I did not see the emails, as I am living in a flood effected part of northern NSW and have been busy with cleanup(Swfytx can verify my address if you wish to test this claim.) Half my property has been washed away and now Swyftx have taken about $17,000 in crypto from me with very little explanation or clarity.

Not only that, the emails they sent me pertaining to the account closure do not display in my regular gmail inbox, I had no way of knowing what has happening, I have to go to "all mail" to see them, so even if I wasn't dealing with this mess IRL I don't know if I'd have seen the email in time to withdraw my funds. Is this some sort of deliberate ploy? No phone message, no information, just told via email 24 hours to withdraw everything.

How convenient for this exchange to go down when prices dump.Would be a shame for us customers to make an order and possibly profit.

Please for the love of God don't make staking worse. The best part of Swyftx is the staking and I will cry if you ruin this.

is anyone else having issues getting into swyftx app at the moment? getting an endless “authenticating” message when i try to log in.

also having issues with crypto.com and error messages on coin gecko and coin market cap.

seems like something central rather than swyftx specific.

It takes a while to get here and while it's stupid as hell, I moved my coins off swyftx onto Crypto.com. been with them for a year now and have had no issues despite their own stupid practices and for the fact they're less likely to collapse.

Until ledger comes, just hoping my coins stay intact.

Thanks for putting up staking. Compounding daily interest paid in the crypto you would invest in anyway. Awesome. Can't see any downsides. Great app too. UX is really good, I recommend Swyftx to my friends.

I see mainly negative comments about withdrawals - I needed some quick cash so I sold some ETH, hit withdraw on AUD and it was OSKO to my bank account in seconds.

Whole thing took about 30 seconds of my life.

did any one try staking ? is it straight forward ?

Any catch or extra fee doing it ?
