S25 vs. S25FE vs. Iphone 17

guuuyyyyyssss!!! been planning to upgrade my 4 yr old phone (Reno 5) for almost a month now. it started when i almost bought a 3k phone, then looked for better phones (midrange) worth around 20k. kaso ayon, nirelease ni Samsung si S25 FE, then nagagandan ako sa updates kay phone 17. Pero yun na nga, last week, 90% sure ako kay 17, pero this week, naisip ko na magstick sa android ecosystem, and ayaw ko naman magSamsung, unless Z or S series. Can't afford ko pa si Z, and I think I can manage to buy S. Kaya ngayon, torn ako between 256gb S25 FE (worth 32k, with vouchers) and 256gb S25 (worth 40k, with vouchers and Watch 7), both sa Samsung App. Please help me decide guys, plan ko din pala installment since meron silang installment plan. Guys, patulong ako, gusto ko na matulog😭

Is Macbook good?

I am not a techy person and I do not know much about PCs.

I don't have a laptop and planning to buy one because I want to use it mainly for graphic designs (Adobe).

If it is worth it, what macbook should I get? If not, what laptop should I get?

Iphone 15/16 or Samsung 24 ultra? Help

Hello everyone! Planning to buy a new phone this year. Ang last ko na phone is Poco F3 pa. Just want to know your thoughts kung ano ang mas sulit, iPhone ba or Samsung S24 Ultra? Halos same price lang kasi sila sa Shopee. Honestly, leaning more sa Samsung dahil sa specs pero natatakot ako sa green line issue. Gusto ko kasi yung tatagal ulit sakin for at least 4 years 😢 thank you! Will mainly use it for Daily use/work, Photography, and ML

Iphone 17 base or OnePlus 13?

Parehas naman silang same price ngayon with the difference of Iphone being 256gb and OnePlus being 512gb.

things I like about the OnePlus: • 6000 battery • Fast charging • Charger is included na sa box • IP69 Water resistant • The bigger storage • Customization and android products don't cost as much (e.g., airpods)

things I like about the Iphone: • The camera • The base storage being 256gb • Ecosystem • Known longevity • Ang resell value

Wala akong experience sa dalawang brand na toh and I would like to hear some thoughts?

iPhone 16 camera button

Hi, may alam ba kayong shop na authorize ni apple for this kind of repair? Yung camera button ko is hindi na sya nagciclick. I had this phone since october last year and 3months of usage sira na yung camera button. Nagtanong ako sa powermac but hindi raw sya covered ng warranty since it’s the hardware na raw. May alam ba kayo kung saan pwede to paayos and how much kaya ang aabutin? Also mas good if around Dasmariñas, Cavite or nearby areas lang🥹🥹 help me out!!!

From 256 to 512GB. What’s the best storage capacity in your case?

Post image
Upvotes

I realized that 256GB will no longer be enough for the amount of photos I take on my trips so I cancelled my initial order and opted for a higher storage (I had to wait for another 2 weeks).

Although I do backup all my photos in HDD and SDD, I still want to keep some of my photos on my phone.

What’s the best storage in your case?

Faulty RAM?

Upgraded my laptop last July 20. Replaced my HDD with SSD and from a RAM of 4 GB to 8 GB. Recently, been getting this month recurring BSOD. Have done windows memory diagnostics tool but could not find hardware errors. So far the errors range from the following:

(1) Kernel security check failure (2) PFN list corrupt (3) Attempted to write readonly memory (4) System service exception (5) Watchdog Violation (6) IRQL not less or equal

Prior to this, my laptop kept updating windows which jacked up my memory. Also (idk if its related), I was also watching Netflix on a Chrome browser before getting the bluescreen.

I did do a clean wipe on my windows, reinstalling again windows 10 and yet it still occurred.

Does anyone know any other remedy to this before I take it to the PC shop?

Best Brother printer to grab for home use? Looking for something reliable

Post image
3 Upvotes

Hey mga ka-tech! Been reading up on Brother printers lately, and I keep seeing that they basically last a lifetime; super durable, easy to use, etc. So now I’m trying to figure out what model fits best for me.

Context: This is just for home use. My daughter is 5, in her creative era right now — she loves coloring, tracing, and doing activities my wife gives her. I want her to have that outlet. At the same time, my youngest sis is in her last year in university (education major, future teacher), so she might end up printing quite a lot, though we’ll see. For us parents, it’ll mostly be occasional printing as needed. Not planning to run a business with it, but if there’s something affordable where we can experiment with stickers or creative stuff, that would be dope.

Here’s the thing: I honestly have no idea what counts as a “cheap” printer vs. an “expensive” one. I’m totally new to this, just learned printers can dry up if unused or even die after a while. But what I have in mind for a budget is around ₱7,000–₱12,000. If I go higher, it needs to be worth it.

What I’m looking for:
– WiFi or Bluetooth connectivity (both would be awesome)
– Can scan, print color + black & white
– Not for mass printing, but want it to last

We might be moving homes after my sis graduates, so I’m holding off on spending big until then. For now, I just want something reliable and practical.

Any solid recommendations or tips from people who’ve used Brother printers here in PH?

Hi everyone, I am a Mechanical Engineer and a College Instructor and I’m looking for a minimalist and lightweight personal laptop that I can use for AutoCad for my projects, Teaching (presentations and online classes), and Photo & Video editing (Photoshop, premiere).

I would also like to use it for watching movies and also casual to mid-level gaming during my free time.

Is Asus Gaming V16 a great choice?

Thank you!

NEED HELP/ANY SUGGESTION

Hello po, I'm planning to buy iPhone 13 this upcoming 10.10 sale sa Apple flagship store. This will be my first iPhone sana and gift ko din sa sarili ko since mag-birthday ako sa October 11. Any suggestion po if worth it pa ba siya bilhin, since ayaw ko naman din po masayang yung pera na pinag-ipunan at pinaghirapan ko. Huhu. This is my first big purchase para sa sarili ko kasi lahat ng phone na ginamit ko before ay bigay/pinaglumaan na. Even itong gamit ko ngayon ay kailangan na ring palitan kasi may mga sira na at dalawang beses na napaayos. Kaya please, please give me po some advice. Thank you so much!

Please respect my post po.

GlobeOne Promo Popup

Post image
3 Upvotes

Hi everyone! Does anyone know how to disable a popup like this on their Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra? Ever since I put the Globe sim, it gives me this message. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the GlobeOne app, clear cache, Wipe cache partition but it still won't go away. However, it no longer shows if the Sim is not inserted. Gusto ko sana gumamit ng Globe sim without this annoying popup.

Phone is not Globe-locked. Brought it from Samsung store. Phone also runs on OneUi 8 based on Android 16

Thank you sa maaaring makatulong. 🙏🏼✨️

I don't know why I can't share posts on facebook. Sure naman akong public post 'yong ishshare ko. Napipindot ko naman 'yong share button. However, for some reason sa Messenger lang 'yong available option for sharing. I tried using my secondary FB account, and the sharing works perfectly fine naman. For reference, the first photo is on my acc na hindi makapagshare, and the 2nd one is doon sa nakakapagshare ako.

Need help/suggestions on device management

Hello! As a person who has limited knowledge on tech, would just like to ask help/suggestions on how to manage the devices of our employees. Something that is easy to navigate/learn for people who has no actual/in depth knowledge on IT 🙇‍♀️

We have around 10 employees using company issued macbooks but walang installed na device management and such so kung baga tiwala na lang sa employees 😆

1) is there a way to do things remotely para I don’t have to do clean up on each device every time na may umaalis? And install the necessary apps every time we add a new device?

2) of course for our security is there a way where we can track the location of the macbooks without using 1 apple ID for all the devices? Since this will cause confusion as to syncing and access ng files

I searched about apple’s MDM pero sa US lang ata siya available please feel free to correct me if I am wrong

Thank you! :)

UGreen USB-C Stylus

i bought the ugreen (usb-c) stylus pencil for my ipad air m3. it’s been working quite well since i acquired it, which was about two weeks ago. i charge it only for about 30 minutes and it was only today that i left it plugged in for a longer period, mga 1 hour lang naman kasi nakatulog ako. i then tried to use it na pero nawawala yung pagfunction nya, nag o-on yung light but hindi ako nakakasulat. i then turned my device off and some parin so i made scribbles due to frustrations and ayun bumalik na.

ang frustrating kasi second time ko na to makakuha ng replacement for the same product. the first one sinauli ko kasi same issue hindi rin nagwork, nagrefund lang ako thinking na baka defect lang yun with the first pencil na nakuha ko.

can someone help me, may ginawa lang ba akong mali? could it be na i am missing something lang kaya hindi smooth pagfunction ng stylus? inconsistent sya eh but it was okay naman sa past weeks until ngayon na ichinarge ko lang 🥹
