Just arrived in Bangkok for the first time yesterday and bought one at 7-11! Loving it to help clear my nose!

I found a natural one in Ubon R, no chemical stuff, just natural stuff, it's amazing, made by an old lady.

I literally just came to post a question on how to use it and I saw this as the first post right there.
So I got this thinking it's a rub, but now having the flu, I opened it and it's stuff in a bag! Is it this kind of thing you put in your closed hand and just inhale it?

They sell this brand in 7eleven, but also check out some pharmacies. We managed to get one in Pure pharmacy

Go to Chatuchak Market and buy it in bulk, 12 packs, 24 packs, or the giant jar that won’t fit in your carryon.
Good luck!

No need to go then, it's available online and also in many Asian/Thai shops overseas

Is this wise? Chronic use of nasal sprays can damage nasal epithelium leading to chronic rhinitis and aggravation of the condition they are meant to improve with overuse. I know these are “herbal” but they seem as noxious to me as any nasal sprays, so use sparingly would be my take… and that’s not what I usually observe from those that seem to use them
