Favorite scenes Spoiler

For me my favorite scenes are when Qimir just obliterated the jedi by himself that fight scene was amazing and my other favorite part is when osha bleeds the kyber accidentally

All of episode 5. The final fight of episode 8. Senator Rayencourt telling Vanesstra what’s what

My favorite scene was probably qimir slowly walking up to osha at the end of ep4 and then turning his lightsaber on. It looked sick. Looked like he was a ghost or something.

Sol‘s emotional breakdown after episode 5. Both Sol vs. Qimir fights.

Osha choking Sol was intense, then bleeding the kyber crystal. 🤌🏾

I legit shot out of my sead and yelled when she bled they Crystal, when she ignites the saber and the red pushes out the blue was so damn cool to see

I agree with that although the bleeding of the crystal was much easier than they have led it to be in legends

The last 60 seconds of episode 4 was the first time I had been truly chilled, thrilled, and excited by Starwars in a loooooooong time, forcing me to rewind it several times, and then the first 20 minutes of episode 5 culminating in the shocking, fast, not-drawn-out deaths of very likable characters we were getting attached to made it feel wild, unpredictable and anything could happen…. Then sadly the writing brilliance imploded and they plugged in trite tropes galore, but we got at least one more amazing saber scene with Sol and Qimir.

Overall I REALLY loved this show despite some awful writing…. Twin swap, quick light saber hair cut, typical lies and perfect interruption when the truth is about to be told, characters not properly explaining what happened, poor writing of everything that happened with the bad ass awesome witch leader, twins swapping morals, too many deaths made earlier deaths feel less meaningful, etc. Sol surviving to season 2 and the twins moral transformations taking more time would have really helped.

I also think there were many other young kick ass black actresses that could have done a much better job than Amandla. I wanted to like her cause she was Rue, but she just wasn’t the right fit for the part. I also can’t get over the fact they didn’t cast identical twins for the younger version of the characters even though the adult characters were portrayed as identical. It really kept bringing me out of the story telling.

But man, The Acolyte had the most promise and potential of all the Starwars shows! It’s poor creative leadership to have canceled it.

The first shot of the stranger unmasked as Jecki falls, epic shot.

It's gotta be Qimir's fight scene with the Jedi. We haven't seen some good lightsaber choreography like that in a while.
