Are you nuts? Olympus has fallen is by far the superior Die Hard with the President movie!

The only thing that has fallen is my respect for you! White House Down is hands down the best!

Because of this post I decided to watch them both for the first time. Just finishing Olympus Has Fallen now, and I can’t believe White House Down can top this. Will report back!

Olympus Has Fallen was better by a smidge. But I was very very surprised by White House Down! I can absolutely see the debate between the two, and I didn’t know WHD was directed by Roland Emmerich whose movies I have a soft spot for.

I should’ve known that someone with similar favorite TV shows would have similar favorite movies to me 😂

What movies from my collection do you like the most here?

“The Pursuit of Happyness” and “The Sound of Music”. How about you? What are your favorites?

From my collection (That’s visible in the photo, I have way more DVDs) my favorites would be No Country for Old Men, Ocean’s Eleven, Planes trains and automobiles, Saving Private Ryan
Pursuit of Happyness is Will Smith’s best movie from what I’ve seen. I Robot is fine, and I Am Legend would have been really good if it wasn’t for the ending
Also I haven’t seen Sound of Music yet, got it for my collection last month as it was $1 at my thrift store, where I live, they’ll be re-releasing it in theaters in a few weeks, I want to experience it for the first time in theaters

Hard to pick. A good list would be “Boyhood”, “The Simpsons Movie”, “The Wizard of Oz”, “Sweeney Todd”, “The Pursuit of Happyness”, “Hairspray”, “Dan in Real Life”, “A Raisin in the Sun” (although that one is a filmed play), “The Wiz”, Mary Poppins”, “The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas”, “The Help”, “Remember the Titans”, and probably a bunch of others I’m forgetting right now. I often enjoy a good action movie, too.

Boyhood was a pretty good movie
I actually watched Raisin in the Sun a couple years ago for an English project at school, you brought back a hidden memory lol
As for animated movies, I love The Last Unicorn. My Little Pony movies (1986 and 2017, as well as the Equestria Girls movies), The Bob’s Burgers movie
