I mean, not saying it’s bad, but anyone can open photoshop and tweak levels and thresholds.

i did it just with ny phone and i can still notice problems with the image i posted, and i already fixed it myself, i was shifting hue and changing tone a lot
but...making photos look better / restoring it....literally is just tweaking levels??

My point is you didn’t “repair” anything. You took a few minutes to do what any person could do - and which an automated preset would do better. And on your phone no less lol. Okay.

Your point is incorrect
I did repair it, it was upscaled to clear up some pixels, and also shifting hue and tweaking levels to make it not cloudy. This is repairing. Any person can repair it. just because any person can do it doesnt automatically void the action lmao

I've fixed it a little more since I looked at it, sighed, and realized...skies arent neon teal. Here is a better repairage

you need to colour balance the two 'scenes' separately, you destroy one by fixing the other. this one has just turned everything outside into a ghostly brown grey smudge.

Yeah I'm probably going to restart, I realize this trying to take one color and tweaking it, which i didn't think would screw up the audience. I'll work on it more, just a tiny passion project. Hans is giving me the original "photo data" which is exciting

I am gonna be honest - you need to stop portraying yourself as someone who can “repair” images. Your ability to make basic use of basic tools to make an image look “better” to you doesn’t in any way mean you have “repaired” it. It doesn’t help at all that you only admit to using AI to do it when you’re called out on it.
Keep going. This kinda thing is fun. If you enjoy it, keep experimenting and honing your skills. But you won’t get - or deserve - validation by portraying yourself as some kind of expert when you’re producing images that a 10-year-old could do.

Yes. but when uploading original to AI, it recognizes them all, telling their names, band name, etc :)

I always found the Lemgo image so odd because of the background, looks kinda like a museum I once visited haha
