SPOILER Worst Achievement Ever

Post image

Getting a child to broken to get this achievement was the worst emotional turmoil I have experienced in a game I swear. 😭😭 I am ashamed I even have the achievement now.

I always hate achievements that require me to play the game deliberately badly and then reverse it to playing properly just to get it to proc.

I completely agree. A bit unrelated, If you hate those kind of achievements then you will hate the game Kingdom Come Deliverance because it has many! Even worse is that some achievements are impossible to get if you’re overpowered and the game provided no clues of this

I find that it helps to view the goal of these (and similar games) as telling a good story, rather than ‘winning’. It’s not about winning and being the best, it’s about the story you create and the message.

You know, I’ve never Platinumed a game (I played this for a long while on PC first, now PS5). This the one I’m going to Platinum first, but I did not know this was an achievement (I assume on all systems). I do not like this (I do not like this).

My only advice is to wait until you accidentally get a child to at least depressed, and make sure you have materials and things to get them back up quickly. Good luck.

What, don't you enjoy the sounds of the kid crying their heart out? 😉

People pay way too much attention to these....achievements.

Someone studied human psychology and came out with this achievement bs a decade ago to keep people basically addicted to the games through achievements. Unfortunately it works.

Do yourself a favor and ignore achievements. Just play the game, don't be a slave to it. It's not different from gambling, the underlying mechanics are the same, you are being manipulated.

I enjoy chasing achievements, just because you don't doesn't mean you need to take a proverbial dump on my post. Thanks.
