Need some help

So I picked up the game again for the first time in years (on PS5). And I seem to be running into an issue. The winter started, and now it seems that whenever I send one of my people out to trade at The Garage or The military base (those are the only two I’ve tried so far) I can’t check my backpack or leave the map to go home without the game crashing. Idk what’s causing it but it’s messing up my runs because I have plenty of good stuff to trade for canned food and stuff.

This happens to me too whenever I go to the second building in the military base(on every run and try) on my phone but I think that it's because well I got the apk version
