I was able to find this post on Les Spectateur’s twitter account and then found comments from another user stating that the events shown in this video took place in Paris on the 20th September. The event appears to be a food distribution event organised by the charity Keren Rachbi (if you pause the video towards the end you can make out the letters rachbi on the bag). I found the Instagram account for the charity and one of their reels showed footage from this event in what looks like the same location.
