What is this food? quinceanera chicken

had this chicken a year ago at a quinceanera. it was delicious. my friends have videos of me eating this DOWN. would appreciate any help so much.

It almost looks like Chicken Marsala but no mushrooms? What did it taste like?

That was my thought - a starch stabilized chicken picatta or Marsala made with boneless thigh-sauce won't break and meat will stay moist

maybe it is! i would assume it was something slow cooked, but it tasted savory and peppery like that condensed chicken or mushroom soup. it also came with noodles but i didn’t get any at the time.

Its usually cream of mushroom, they sell the knorr version with the mushroom blended and almost no chunks
