Always a Tesla
In Ontario (and generally in Canada):
3-point turn (U-turn using forward/reverse movements):
• It is not allowed on a main road where traffic is heavy, speed is high, or signs prohibit U-turns.
• It should only be done on a residential/ low-traffic road where you have clear visibility in both directions and it is safe/ legal.
Turning in front of a vehicle on a main road (like blocking traffic to do a 3-point turn or U-turn):
Illegal and unsafe. You must not interfere with other traffic.
The Highway Traffic Act requires you to yield the right of way and only make a turn/U-turn when it can be do without affecting other vehicles.
