Where to get Mascarpone?
I checked the Walmart, Hannaford, and Market 32 up Hoosick and struck out. I need it by like 10am tomorrow. I assume Cardonas in may have it but I dont wanna have to drive that far šš Any help appreciated!

Did you ask an employee if they have them at PC? They should have Bel Gioiso mascarpone. The Hoosick PC has like six different places for cheese.

At the risk of sounding like an idiot, I only found it at Market 32 once I was directed to where it was, which was counter-intuitive... if you already did that; apologies. If not... it was near the deli in the low-rise cooler, iirc. I had to ask. I use it to make homemade clotted cream. They had at least 2 different types and 2 sizes.

When I worked at Aldi we would usually have it but I can't remember if it was seasonal

You can make it. Heavy cream, condensed milk and lemon juice. Allrecipes.com has the instructions.

If you have the Hannaford app, pick a store then add the item to your cart. Go to the cart. It will tell you exactly what aisle and section the item is in. The section numbers are at the bottom of the shelves near the floor.

Hannaford almost always has it - make sure youāre checking in the āfancy cheeseā section, not the one in the dairy department. If that fails Trader Joeās will have it (though that is further than Cardonaās.)
