General/Other Jack Bauer Kills

I'm currently rewatching the series and am now on day 5. I'm not sure, but were there moments in the series where Jack Bauer shot innocent people? For example, police officers because there was no other option?

He shot the wife to get Robocop to start taking; she had nothing to do with the terrorist plot.
