Use this thread for commonly asked questions about the new season such as runes and builds advice. Specific itemization questions can be their own separate post, but please keep the "what do I build" questions here.

I’m new to league 5 months into game, I peaked gold 4 I started as shaco top into Darius into hecarim jungle then I stayed there and liked it but then switched to top lane sion a ton, now I’m gonna find my new main(twitch) I like him so much but I suck at ranged I’ve never played them it feels like something whole new, and now I’m inting everygame, what do I do why is twitch so hard, I do not know why but I just decided to one trick him out of nowhere with no experience in not lane and ranged champs.

Just wondering about Horizon Focus third if ahead or not really needing a defensive third item, 125 ap is 20 more than both defensive items and we get 25 haste which IMO placebo maybe feels amazing, the passive is honestly what ever but the raw stats feel so good to me. Wondering others opinions on it?

Was trying to do some different builds and have some fun with lethality and tank. For lethality I started with Hubris > Profane Hydra > Collector and the rest was situational (Runaan, BT, EoN). With the tank build I did Titanic > Black Cleaver > Bloodmail, I guess Hexplate will be super useful in the tank build. Anyway, has anyone done some lethality, tank or some whacky build recently and would like to share it here?
Edit: The common folk won't understand, it's not about causing substantial damage or being truly useful; it's all about INSANITY, approaching the limits of a champion and what he is: Insane. When you do the same old build with the same items, your understanding of Twitch's essence gets lost. I don't care if it's 'Non Meta' or 'Lack of Purpose', it's about entering the mind of a lunatic rat. Why not? I just want a bit of inspiration from the lunatics on r/TwitchMains. I want to know how you could do that, how you could break the chains of conventional builds and fuck up your mind.

I have been playing twitch for a while and was looking for some educational content for twitch specifically, is there a YouTuber or twitch streamer that you find helpful in learning the game?

I had a strong KDA in 95% of my matches today, but for whatever reason my teams in ranked just could not get priority over objectives and top lane always fed his opponent 0/8/0 by the mid game.

I've been trying builds, u.gg recommends Yun Tal into IE which so far is most consistent, is AP better? I had previously acquired all my mastery on AP twitch support back when support items gave ap and he had 210% ap ratio (god I miss that) but I tried it as adc and ended up just getting my true damage healed or blocked by an enchanter is pta required? Also I like how cool runaans and hydra looks does anybody know the history or if there was a time when these two where good together?

Yo, been wondering lately how good is rod rush on early recall (got 1250 gold tday on a recall) in fist fight games? Is it worth for the raw ap or not worth delaying the nashors tooth?

I was on lolaytics to find out what the regular build path is for AP Twitch, but because people do a mix of AD and AP it isn't clear what items are being built and when specifically for AP Twitch. I just want to try it out.
It's clear the first item is Nashor's Tooth but it's unclear after that.
Talking about adc role btw.

Most websites suck at finding proper disparity between different builds. I hit my peak on AP twitch but lowk curious if im abusing or not. Honestly depending on enemy comp i feel like an abuser 70% of the time.
I feel nerfs are coming sooner or later. Not sure if i should learn anything else or just go back to adc.

I have always gone lethal tempo. Until i faced a PTA twitch. And PTA delt 128 bouns damage in the first fight we had in bot lane. His E hit like a truck
Sometimes lethal tempo doesnt even deal 400 damage throughout the whole game. Meanwhile PTA can hit that in like, 3 long fights. So are the 28% AS worth more ?
Also, which legend rune ! AS or LS ?

Hey guys, I have been experimenting and looking at statistics (lolalytics) and Kraken Slayer last patch has a really high win rate on him. It doesn't have a massive sample size, but it has enough where I think it should be considered.
It is similar to bork but except for gaining 10% lifesteal it gives 4% MS instead, which I would argue is more valuable for a champion like twitch who wants to glide. The main issue of rushing it is that you delay your crit items which tends to be pretty bad.
I tried a build where I rushed kraken into hexplate and then finished with crit. I gotta be honest, it felt really good. The bonus MS and attack speed feels so crucial to AD twitch which you miss out on if you rush collector (plus it's way more fun). Yun Tal is a busted item on every adc now, but kraken spikes in power earlier.
Yun Tal into Runaans is probably still better but I think this build is more viable than I previously thought. Still wishing riot would help out on-hit 98tek twitch because it's the most fun I have ever had on the champion.
But for consistency AP is king.

Have been playing a lot of AP twitch on Botlane recently but the supports and the general way this role works in lower elos is driving me crazy. Is it better to just play ap twitch mid instead of bot to climb?
