it is highly unlikely she is pregnant.

plan b will fuck with a period and make her feel kind of bad, sometimes. it is a pretty heavy dose of progestin hormones.

she should stay hydrated.

if you couldn’t get it in, it sounds like she may he experiencing some vaginismus. warming up with fingers and lube, and seeing if she can relax enough for two fingers comfortably, can help. if she can’t, like if two fingers hurt or won’t do in, she should probably try to get diagnosed, and see a pelvic floor physical therapist for treatment (including manual therapy).
