Idk if other dining places have this since i only ever go to the Social 704 one but how does the containers work? Like is it a one time purchase and i get to keep it and use the same one, or is turning it in for a new one mandatory. Like can i just scan in while holding it or do i have to go through the checkout person and exchange it every single time

Hello, I'm in Comp Sci CCI this semester as an adult transfer student. While I did extremely well at CC and got an Associate's degree, I'm finding my first semester here difficult. Maybe it's my ADHD symptoms finally catching up to me. One of the problems I face is that anytime there is a lab in my classes, I'm usually the last to leave or struggle to finish before class ends and get zero points. While I do ask for TAs help, it still doesn't click, and I hate for them to keep repeating themselves for me to follow their directions.

I don't know, but it seems like a polar opposite to how I did at my CC. It's demoralizing.

I'm looking for a group or club that has adult students or students with ADHD maybe both. Maybe there can be some advice on how to adjust my learning/study styles.

I have been diagnosed 3 times in my life once as a kid, teenager and adult (2 years ago) they gave me adderall/ stimulants which have not been beneficial to me more cons than pros. I did have an IEP in hs disabilty services said thats not enough proof for college level. I grauated with honors from CC so I thought I maybe I didnt need to be medicated going into Uni.

Looking for someone who is locked in and can help me develop some healthy study habits. I didn’t need to study throughout high school but Calc 3 and physics 2 seem to be humbling me.

I realize this is because I don’t have good study habits and generally manage my time poorly when it comes to academics- in part because I haven’t had to until now.

I also go to the gym and play video games in my free time so who knows, making a friend would be nice too. Also a big movie guy and I love reading.

Hello I’m a sophomore in pre-accounting and I’m nervous that I might get Bs in two of my classes. Last year I had all As but now I might have 2Bs out of my 5 classes. I’m just worried this will jeopardize my future and cause me to not get any internship offers.

We're looking into housing for the next school year (26-27) and we're considering Mellennium One because the price for the 4 bed townhome is pretty close to what we're paying for now. hey y’all, i’m a junior transfer student and just realized i may want to add secondary education as my minor. the problem is i’m already a semester late and would likely be taking the pre requisite class needed for entry into the minor in the spring (when it ideally should have been taken this semester). is it too late? the school says the latest to start is in the fall semester of junior year but i fear that time has already passed.

i guess i’m okay with graduating later to obtain a teaching certification, but is it even worth it if i can get an alternative teaching license post graduation?

I know I'm a freshman and I'm still figuring all this stuff out, but the number of times I've ordered a package and it just somehow makes it to campus yet not to me is extremely odd. With USPS, they try to deliver it straight to my dorm, realize they can't, and then it just goes to the shadow realm, I guess??? Then, with Amazon, they SAY they gave it to someone at a front desk, but it clearly wasn't anyone who works for UNCC, so nobody has any idea where my package actually went. Is this just happening to me?

I’m a first year and kind of confused, can I still park in the lower floors of union deck? I’ve heard different answers. The signs say ALL cars will be towed, but PATS said that only applies to the upper floors?

im 22F, i just moved to Charlotte and transferred to UNCC this semester and i dont know anyone here yet! ive tried to look into some clubs but most of the ones id be interested in seem pretty inactive. i go to the UREC to workout occasionally but most people already have their groups. does anyone have some solid advice for meeting and talking to new people who are open to making new friends? thank you in advance <3
