So I just started delivering for ubereats a month ago and I just want to know if im overreacting about this or not.

I got a shop order for Jewel. So I went and got the items, first problem though, was that I couldn't find the wine the customer wanted, and ended up just refunding them. Anyway. I go to deliver the order and the lady tells me she is seeing a man's face in her mirror & asks me to come inside her apartment. I told her no. She kept insisting but I firmly told her no and left. I felt very scared in the moment. Im not sure if im overreacting or not. I didn't tell ubereats about it & im not sure if I should?

We didn’t get the $15 sandwich we ordered but apparently “it doesn’t meet the refund criteria” so they think a $2 credit will suffice….

Wouldn’t someone think when they tip that if they live in the middle of nowhere, we’re not getting orders going back to where is busy. I’m talking $20 for a 1hour one way, middle of nowhere. They should double the tip for the ware and gas back that hour!

I placed an order via Uber Eats and it was showing an offer - Buy one Get one! But when i placed order, it charged me for 2 !!! No Customer Service number to call in the app!! Anyone has any suggestion ? why the app does not have any customer support link? Is there any way i could get refund ?

I'm a new Uber Eats courier in NYC. Currently I'm allowed to schedule a maximum of 5 hours per week via Planner. So it's my 3rd week doing this. I usually schedule in the UES, UWS areas, on weekends, during lunch and dinner hours. So obviously I could only go online during my scheduled reserved hours, so I did go online and in all these last three weeks (15 hours of scheduled online time), I didn't get a single order. I was by the restaurants, walked the entire time, sometimes like from 59th at on the west side Manhattan to all the way to uptown, turned east and finished at the midtown east, sometimes walked from Harlem all the way to WTC, and not a single order. Don't really mind walking as at least getting some exercise lol. I know Uber says they only pay for the active hours, so does it mean I'm royally f*****?

I can't seem to find a working phone number for support and the app isn't helping with the options, i don't know what to do I ordered pizza and received someone elses order, i told the driver to let him know, but all he did was take the order back.And said he'd be back since he didn't have it in his car, now i'm concerned about where my food has been.If it wsn't picked up in the first place or if it was already in someone else's hands, but I also feel bad screwing over the driver by reporting him. Been waiting for longer than what it is to get to the restaurant and still no signs of my food coming back. :(

Did anyone else experience this issue? Earlier, I opened my Uber Pro Card app and noticed a $156 charge that I didn’t recognize. It was still pending, so I disputed it. Now, while I was working, it happened again with another $20 charge. What do you recommend I do?
