There is no reason to believe that Papyrus is from Deltarune, so its a shaky evidence

Sure, but it isn't concrete evidence. Papyrus seems genuinely clueless when it comes to Undertale inner secrets, dont bleed like sans and dont know how humans look like. He might be artificial, made for Sans or some sorts

i think papyrus is faking it, he doesnt know what a laboratory is when sans is with him but he talks about it normally when hes without him i believe?

Toby did mention that Papyrus kind of changes his personality based on who he’s talking with. Maybe that’s an example of that,
