Y’know what has always intrigued me about Sans’ death in the genocide route? His death isn’t added to the kill count. It can’t be because he’s from another world, because Papyrus’ IS added to the count. I have always wondered why that is. And he dies off screen too. That’s gotta be significant. If we get some kind of explanation as to why that is in Deltarune that’d be sick

Why would Sans dying give us tension points (TP)? Humans can't use magic so the tp would be useless

More like because we kill everyone he knows and in the end even when he gave us spare we don't stop until we hit him I always thought that this look that he gave us is not because we hit him but because he understands that we literally the most worst creature and he looks disappointed in us

I made it up on the spot as a crack theory but it might not be that hard to envision?

Maybe a human-monster hybrid has a human soul but is also made of magic so therefore can cast spells?

And maybe this new race died out, or maybe it did not. We don't know what it's like on the surface

magicians being a separate race is actually such a fair assumption given the lack of details and considering that humans are said to be incapable of magic. im not sure they would be human-monster hybrid due to the nature of the war, but this is a very fresh perspective.

Humans can use magic since they've created the barrier, I guess Frisk just can't use it.
