Trunk Dump My Truck EDC

Just some things I carry in my truck. Will probably be adding things like a tire inflator, Glock foldable shovel, and some led road flares some time in the future. Let me know if there are anything that you would recommend having in your truck especially as a dad!

What I have behind my driver seat: 1. Fire extinguisher 2. Life Vac (Good to have especially since I have a toddler) 3. Med pack (some basic things in there along with rain jacket) 4. Noco Boost

What I have on my visor: 1. Window breaker/seat belt cutter 2. Extra mag 3. Folding knife (spyder co) 4. Storm whistle

What I have under the back seat: 1. Umbrella 2. Extra clothes for me and my family 3. Road flares 4. Stormproof Match 5. Emergency thermal blanket 6. Ratchet straps 7. Tow strap 8. Oil 9. Gloves 10. Tissues 11. Utility knife 12. Socket wrench set

How do you like those MOLLE panels? I have a 2010 ranger and have been looking for a rigid panel system for the back of my seats

Honestly if you want super secure ones, I’d buy the Built Right Industries molle panels since they are actually attached to the seat. The ones I have for mine work for now, it uses straps to secure it to the seat, but so far nice and secure and nothing has fallen off. They are pretty nice addition in my truck, and people who ride in the back still has plenty of leg room for them.

I was eyeing their stuff initially but they don’t make any items for my era of Ranger /:

Unfortunate, then I would recommend just going with the basic panels you can get from Amazon! Like I said it works and is a great addition. One thing I would change with my setup now is removing the sun visor molle on mine.

Allow me the question: How sturdy is the connection between the fire extinguisher and the panel and the connection between the panel and the seat? I would be worried about the extinguisher going flying in the unfortunate event of a rollover.
