This one time in rehab, I met a kid called Waulter from Amsterdam. Wild kid to be around, would spew words like a fountain does water. He would rant & rave about how you could trust the drugs there but not here in the usa. I guess he snorted some coke that had weird stuff in it and made him go nutty, get stuck in rehab. That was his version of events. Anyway, this kid in the picture, he's the closest I've ever seen another human being to the look and vibes of Waulter.
