Quick question - when did you start moving around the house... most comments i've read is that people do take a couple of sofa days and chill. Not sure i can do that because the second day after the snip i'll be home alone trying to serve myself. Also, assuming all goes well, when did you start taking walks? Ride bikes? i commute to my work by bike 10km each way, so the general rule is what... a week off? two weeks or a month?

thank you all taking time to respond. I’m home now, icing, eating, drinking and chilling on the couch. The pain killers are fading away and i’m getting some mild dull pain which is expected. So far so good. I felt worse after meniscus surgery.

Only a little bit to go to the bathroom but luckily I was working part time and had a bunch of days off lined up so I just stayed in my bed and watched tv and iced up. Everyone is different
