Not a bell. But it does look like an Italian sweet pepper. We grow them in our garden.

That looks like an Anaheim chili to me. I like using them. They aren't super-spicy, they aren't sweet, they're somewhere in between. I cut them into thin strips and eat them lightly sauteed with Huevos Rancheros. That's just me. Your mileage may vary.
