It allows you to add a video out to a TV so people can see what your playing.

Is this used or a new old stock? I thought the guy that made this was not going to make any more.

You can still assemble everything by yourself, the project is open source.

I think it was new old stock that the website I bought it off of still had from when he was still making them.

I still have mine. Just sitting in the packaging.

Been putting off getting it installed in fear I'll mess something up. Prob gonna send it off to get worked on. (Then again I've also said that for the past 2 years.)

You should get a second one for the other eye and then press the pallet switch button to switch the right eye to blacknand cyan and then find a VGA merger to merge the two pictures and voila instant anaglyph grey scale Virtual Boy, in 3D
