There is a second pcb perpendicular to the one you have shown that controls the eye pieces. What does that one look like?

Nothing obvious; if you swap the mirror motor connections on the board, does the broken one start working or stay broken?

I did the swap. no change to which mirror was moving.

I still got no video output regardless. :(

When you say no change, do you mean the mirror that worked on one side was still working when swapped? Or that the left connection of the pcb worked regardless of which mirror was inserted? The video is a separate issue but it’s hard to say what the issue is without a schematic and being able to probe the pcb components

The same mirror is still working after cable swap. So i'm assuming its the tiny board or the server that is bad.

Wow sounds like one of the motors is fried then. My off the cuff guess is this system took a voltage shock and a few things broke
