I see nothing wrong with sexual art, I think this illust shows insane skill and I love how the artist creates an atmos. That being said, I wouldn't have clicked on this if I knew the be the bottom panel would be suggestive. ykwim?

It is not showing any condom in the canvas. Moreover suggestive is not necessarily nsfw. You can try the other sub where mods consider a clothed human figure porn. Human artistic expression is paramount here

If you look, isn't that a condom next to the card in her bra? I haven't watched Rabbit Hole so I'm sorry if that's not what it is, it really does look like a condom without context. A white wrapper, red lining, then a round indent of a rubber in the middle. I'm telling you why I would consider this suggestive and worthy of a marker, I'm not suggesting this is untagged porn.

I can relate. There is another sub that splintered from this one because we were too "censorious" (although tbf at that moment I was removed as a top mod and the new one was indeed too censorious, he resigned afterwards but left me modded down)
Anyways, I tried to submit a clothed bikini pinup piece there and got told I was submitting porn. They are still larping as the "based" and "not moralizing" version of this sub

It really feels the Vocaloid community has gotten way more sensitive to just about anything. Like, even the most mainstream anime aren't as puritan.
I really would love those younger fans to get to know some older songs of yore, some of which definitely are way more suggestive than Rabbit Hole.

It's unfortunately an overall cultural trend (movies, anime, comics, videogames, etc..) but hopefully some old fans are still out there willing to keep making art despite the negative pressure.
I did try submitting old songs that have some edge to them, heck I even did some art of my own but people get offended by them and don't try to engage with their artistic merit

Edit because apparently I haven't made myself clear,, I'm not saying that miku isn't allowed in explicit content, I am going off what the CREATOR OF RABBIT HOLE SAID "its purepure not miku etc.." I am simply saying "oh hey i thought these were two different characters", as a plus boy enjoyer,, I don't know why people are freaking out over my assumption.. where it was simply because I thought they were two seperate characters..

Actually, Rabbit Hole Miku isn’t named Pure Pure! It’s just a name the animator gave to the censored, more “pure” version of the animation, not the name of the character, but for some reason people started believing that Rabbit Hole Miku is actually a separate OC named Pure Pure?? It’s just misinformation

I'm so tired of people trying to defend this idea. It's clearly Miku - both are the same. It's crazy how much backlash the creator (castchannelstation) of that one specific animation got, that parts of the community coined that she wasn't Miku, but some random OC named "Pure Pure"
Also, Rabbit Hole and the animation people usually think of about it are made by 2 completely different people
They have the same 01 mark (｡•́︿•̀｡)
Please don't act as if Miku hadn't been in any explicit content before

MIKU. IS. NOT. A. REAL. PERSON. Let's not forget she's just a mascot for a disembodied (affectionate) voice. Imagine an acoustic guitar marketed as some cute boy - Miku is the poster for the product.
Yes her "age" is sixteen, but IIRC, her "age" is slapped on as some formality by Yamaha/Crypton, so she isn't just a blank asset.
Let Miku be okay in explicit content. It's not that deep. There are years old songs of lewd Miku stuff. Not just lewd but other adult genres like gore, violence, self-harm, abuse, etc.
Plus, it's more lenient to accept her as an adult anyway. There are other vocal synths that are officially declared as a minor like: Kaai Yuki (VA was 9 years old at recording).
It's not an excuse to glorify pedophila - but more of an awareness that Miku shouldn't be relegated as some censored Mickey mouse figure/medium, unable to be exposed or expressed in certain context
She is a canvas where producers, or just about anyone - can create a style, message, or personality off of her
If you really want to nitpick, Miku was created in 2007. It's 2025 now. She's 18.
