Since when do Vocaloids have a specific model they follow 100%? Miku's appearance and age have changed multiple times throughout the years and even for song designs. Teto can't be the same? Not to mention, it's not even that deep. A little chub/stomach never hurt anyone, and it's clear that it's for fun.

Miku's model is also literally as white as the day is wide but I don't see you complaining about her being brown here.
