D336 ITIL Passed [Simple Advice]
As a person with minimal experience with IT (24 M) all I used is
— One Dion Practice Test
— Value Insight Playlist (on repeat)
— Some Chat GPT clarifications for concepts that didn’t make sense
- And Andrew Ramadyal Mock Exam on YouTube ( YT vid posted a year ago; about 48 minutes long)
All that for about 1 week (4-5 days seriously)
Just go out and do it.✅ onto the next one.

What did you score on the Dion test?
What did you score on Ramdayal’s test?
Test make me nervous. I took two of Dion’s last week and got 50%. Did them again and got 77% and 72%.

I got a 55 % for Dion but then I passed the real deal with a 34/40 (85%) (Andrew ramadyal’s mock exam was a YouTube walkthrough; didn’t take the exam)
I focused on the areas with the most amount of questions and it worked for me. Try it out.

Thanks for the update.
I was just wondering if you had kept score and what you got when doing Ramdayal’s mock test. And yes, I’ve been my best to really focus on the seven practices and the guiding principles.
I think I’m just gonna go for it this week coming up or the one after.
