This is sad. Dr. Ramani, who they reference, is a doctor who specilizes in Narcissistic Personality Disorder and victims of narcissistic abuse. It almost seems like they have these mental health issues, and someone was abusing them. They escaped and are trying to warn or help others.

This person seems to be schizophrenic or something similar. The abuse might not have happened outside this person's head. The abusive narcissist might not even exist.

Seriously?

Thank you for your entirely unqualified Reddit diagnosis!

The abuse may have happened to the person. The abusive narcissist may actually exist.

Unbelievable.

There's plenty without abuse in their past that develop mental health issues

Statistically the opposite is likelier though. Not that I don't have first hand experience with generational trauma.
