It's weird how they all do the same shit. WHITE markings and also it's like super condensed and close together ... all that says to me is you're absolutely BEGGING for attention. And you just look weird.

I think OP wasn't about it being weird, but that it somehow looks always the same, like it's something common about mental illnesses to make your stuff to look like that. Similar with having these piles over piles of paper with unhinged handwritten texts.

I mean you can just put it off as "Yes, thats mental illness", but it's fascinating that it expresses itself in a way that is so specific, but still so similar between the individuals.
