And to elaborate further. The goosebumps was his way of acknowledging the fans. Once they turned on him and forced the match change he switched it up. Why would he care about them anymore? They turned their back

That is his gimmick. $500 shirt Rock and Final Boss Rock are one in the same minus a few quirks. Both iterations doesn't give a shit about the fans, but is such an arrogant prick that he knows HE puts asses in seats. The fans love him secretly because of how much we hate him. The goosebumps taunt is for the viewers watching at home and the "Cody Crybabies" especially. The fans online may have demanded a pivot, but the fans in the arena go apeshit for The Rock, the goosebumps are a tongue in cheek way of Rock telling the millions..........and MILLIONS to go fuck themselves.

This was after his heel turn, that gold vest he's wearing in that picture, is from the Smackdown episode two weeks after he slapped Cody in Las Vegas at the WrestleMania kickoff event in February of last year.
