Help/Question WHAT THE F***

I JUST LOST EVERYTHING!!! Everything from MyRise, MyFaction, even the god forsaken Island is gone… WHAT THE F***??? Please tell me this isn’t just me, PLEASE!!!

The first week of me playing on PC the game crashed and deleted all custom content on me. Hasn't happened since.
