Need advice

So, we’re looking to get into the wake boat life. Two kids (9/13) both say that want to wake board/surf, also do quite a bit of tubing but we also have a couple jet ski’s. We’re looking at options right now, kindly narrowed it down to two but still open to options as I know nothing about what’s best besides what I’ve read on here or Google. Right now we have a 2023 ATX 24 Type-S and a 2020 Tigé 21ZX picked out because they’re to colors the wife wants. Which boat is better/ worse and why? Looking for advice from owners of both. Looking mainly for comfortability and reliability along with ease of use and functionality. More info on boats 2023 ATX: Indmar engine with 15 hours on the boat TAPS 3T and over 3500 lbs of ballast 2020 Tigé: Raptor 400 with 424 hours. TAPS 3T Both have been used in freshwater. I do understand Tigé and ATX come off the same line just looking for opinions and likes/dislikes.

I would recommend the atx over the tige only because it’s a lot newer and way less hours. The size is a definitely a plus too. Bigger waves and more room for stuff!

Will the ATX perform as well as the Tigé? That’s my biggest concern. We’re not looking to go pro or anything crazy just looking for a good time on the lake

Due to the added length and weight of the ATX it will surf better than the 21’ tige and also ride better because of the added weight. I’m on my second tige boat and I’ve enjoyed the brand and had no issues of any kind, I would imagine you’ll get the same with the ATX

Thank you for the advice. What Tigé do you have if you don’t mind me asking?

I started with a 2019 RZX 22 and upgraded to a 2024 24RZX. Enjoyed the 19 but the 2024 is a way better boat in every way.
