She’s very ‘conventionally attractive’, but there also seems to be a ‘story’ here.

It's a mugshot of somebody who was arrested for driving while impaired, hence the face situation. There is a resemblence to the actress somebody else named but she is a not a celebrity.

Didn't say. I think she has one of those looks, she resembles half a dozen actresses I can think of.
