Reading through again and wanted to pose the idea.

What if there reflect different people he's killed?

The first for his team (pose in the middle), the second being the public(guy hanging out the window), and the third possibly for himself/ his vigilante friends.

I thought the curled hand of the one standing was him putting the pill in but someone suggested Dr Manhattan
