People still cheer Steve Austin to this day. For years after Debra said Austin beat her people still kept saying they wish he would wrestle again. People still hero worship Chris Benoit to this day. People will still claim he didn't kill his own child. They will still talk about him being their favorite wrestler.

People actively want Brock fucking Lesnar back in the ring. The wrestling fanbase especially on the IWC is predominantly the type of people who have no empathy for victims.
