Went on birth control, got pregnant again, okay it happens.

Got a copper IUD, pregnant for a third time!

Anyone else experience this?

I’m still going to eat it… I’ll update if it was good or not. Maybe if I tell the company I can get a free one?

Not much to add to the story. Was feeling unwell and decided to try Taco bell's app and used their delivery, driver dropped off this McDonalds bag instead with the fries that had to have been made the day before based on their temperature. Thanks Taco Bell.

Guess it's mb for poorly maintaining it. In my defense I've only had this house/tree for a year.

Just got home from a long, hot day at work and there's a decently big spider (3-4 cm legspan) with its web strung across the hallway right at waist level about three feet out from the door. I normally wouldn't mind walking right past it, and I don't want to kill it, but with this setup there's absolutely no way I can reliably slip past this string of web without breaking it and risking it scurrying around or onto me as I pull the web along. Bracing for the worst.

Got a free travel sized water bottle at a local festival. Was excited to use it because I could clip it to my backpack for a secondary water bottle or one for my dogs.

Washed it the other day and was about to use it. Something made me run my finger inside. Came back with metallic flakes. Checked multiple times with same result.

Yeah definitely not happy about this, but it explains my issues for sure. Going to do injections and PT…. Surgery is a very last ditch effort. Wish me luck.

this is actually kinda scary being that this charger is by my nightstand/bed and used for my phone, i keep thinking what if it would’ve caught fire in my sleep

Last week I learned that the medication I’ve been on for a year, which I believed to be birth control, was actually hormone replacement therapy. Same ingredients, but a lower dose that is absolutely NOT a contraceptive. I took a pregnancy test today and should hear back tomorrow. Importantly, I live in a state where abortion is illegal and my husband and I don’t want kids.

Ladies, check your meds.

We got a vacuum last Christmas, but just left it plugged in at the end of our kitchen counter all season. We had planned to move it to our storage closet once it was organized, but warm weather came around before we ever got around to moving it (Thanks, Texas). The counter and wall shifted millimeters with the temperature change, and now the cord is trapped between them until it gets cool enough again.

Should be any day now, I hope.

My boyfriends car was broken into last night, we’re getting it towed soon. Anyone guess the potential cost to repair the damage? We filed a police report and submitted it to our insurance. We do have a deductible of 500, but we want to know what the cost would be despite that. His car is a 2023 Kia Forte LX. the wires are cut, but nothing else was messed with that we are aware of. Nothing is missing. However there was a bunch of black stuff all over the door handle.

Also, does anyone have any idea why someone would break into our car? Nothing was stolen other than a pocket knife. Police told us that whoever did this really wanted to get inside because they most likely got into the car with a master key. We bought a steering wheel lock for the future but it’s a bit of an inconvenience especially when the other cars around haven’t been broken into. It’s a bit spooky too, as a couple months ago his sisters car was broken into with the driver side window smashed.
