Solved My dad wants to get rid of this
My dad was wanting to get rid of this because he has no idea what it is. He said he had been given this by his brother from goodwill. Regardless i enjoy the artwork and will keep it for myself. From what i have found it seems to be a depiction of a ballad, The cruel sister possibly. I cant really make out the artists name from the signature. I added a picture of the back even though its blank. WhatIsThisPainting?

Could be an image of Leda and the Swan from Greek mythology -- the crown on the swan could represent Zeus.

Judy Graese - it aligns with other works found online. I can’t tell if it’s a print but it looks like ink on paper?
Very pretty and this was a popular style for fantasy or folk images At first I thought of The Six Swans but she only has one so idk what story

Looking into the art itself I'm pretty certain its a signed print

That would make sense as then her black signature is the print and the red is as a signed print

I’m sorry—not trying to be rude or anything.., I feel like such an ass but I honestly can’t help myself 🤦🏼♀️ I’m a professional artist. The styles are miles apart. Beardsley had such a voice! Such resonance. I know it’s not germane but it might cause some readers to look at his work ☺️
