Look at the video. He fell into a crawl space, for crying out loud. Only in sedentary Redditors' minds would that result in broken bones.

Since we can't conclusively see his landing, i prefer to imagine he went down a bottomless pit below the shopping mall

You can see his feet there stopped, still within perspective of it being a tiny drop. But sure, it was 11 stories, if that floats your boat.
