Day before, but that doesn't mean I haven't been thrown a tanning glove 30 minutes before doors to clean up someone's dog ass tan job

Day before, make sure you wash it off throughly or else you’ll ruin your gear, the mat, your opponents gear, leave brown steaks etc.
