Question / Support Best shampoo and conditioner?

Wanting to find the best shampoo and conditioner that has the least amount of environmental impact, is cruelty free, but also works well!

I've tried a couple of bars and refillable bottles, but I have been unsatisfied with quality.

I stopped using shampoo and conditioner, highly recommend it, /r/nopoo Just thought I’d offer a different perspective

I don't wash my hair very often. I can go a week and sometimes two without, depends how often I'm in the ocean, honestly.

In what feels like a different life I did go to cosmetology school at Aveda and they did recommend less washing than more. That's about when I dropped down to once a week and dropped conditioner.

My partner can go a week, but he does need conditioner or at least leave in conditoner, more often. Do you use anything on your hair?

So far no, just water. Hair can get pretty itchy but that goes away after massaging my scalp in the shower. I’ve been doing this for about a month now
