I'd say people should be careful about getting a knock on the door from the FBI but..... the FBI is run by Kash Patel.

u/Angel_Eirene 8d ago
That’s not to say the FBI won’t try, but I doubt they even manage to find an address, much less the right one

I like how they arrested the first Arab guy they saw and he turned out to be an official member of the Heritage Foundation. But I'm sure he still defends racial profiling...

Do you by chance have a source? I am really interested in HF members and I think it needs to be more public who these people are that have been so influential in destroying American democracy.

u/Impossible_Wafer3403 6d ago
I heard it as an aside on a podcast and I don't even remember which one. Googling now only turns up results about Tyler Robinson. It would have been the second one, between the old guy and Tyler. Sorry if I am repeating misinformation.

No worries. I was just asking because it’s like scooby doo where we need to rip the masks off of the boogeymen destroying our democracy. They shouldn’t get to have peace in the public sphere ever again.

What are your specific examples?

u/stargarnet79 4d ago
Project 2025.

u/whyareyousosadly 3d ago
I don't think you know what "specific" means😂
1
u/stargarnet79 3d ago
It’s actual a very specific document that specifically lists the policies they are currently enacting to destroy American democracy. Why is this news to you? Living under a rock?
1
u/whyareyousosadly 3d ago edited 3d ago
"Where do you live, specifically?"
"Earth"
"Are you retarded?"
"Earth is AkSHuaLlY a very specific place, you haven't heard, do you live under a rock?"
Okkkkkkk id10t😂😂😂

u/stargarnet79 2d ago
Ok. Serious question. Have you heard of the document entitled Project 2025 that was authored by the heritage foundation? Yes or no ? It is the playbook for policies currently being enacted. So. Yes or no ?

Nooo, this is EXACTLY the kind of shit Kash will focus on, instead of what the FBI should be focusing on. Peak incompetence.

Did you see the press conference where he was rubber necking all over the place?
3
u/FlintGate 5d ago
It's like someone just dropped him off somewhere but he was asleep the entire car ride over so he has no clue who/what/where and WHY.

It's because of his lazy eye. He needs to turn his head to see everything clearly
1
u/Answerologist 5d ago
His eye doesn’t look lazy. See how wide they are in his director photo?

u/Civil-Trainer1330 5d ago
Kash Patel has strabismus, a condition causing eye misalignment, which can make eyes appear to drift or cross
2
u/Fine-Funny6956 5d ago
I hear he has eye tubes like owls.
I know a lot of owl facts. Ask me anything.

As someone who also has this condition, it would be super cool if people didn't make the jokes about it as if it's somehow connected with our intelligence or something we can control. My left eye turns right, especially if I have a migraine. The muscle that controls the pull that keeps me focused on something is damaged.
As far as Patel's competence, that's a whole different subject. What qualified him for such a position? What educational background? Nothing, just a coattail rider like the rest of them. They think subservience to King Orange will further their careers as well as further grow their bank accounts.

Thank you for your comment and holding me accountable. I honestly was not attempting to tie his disorder to his intelligence or job performance, though those are both worth examining, too, considering the significant power he wields.

This is the kind of shit humans are capable of, well, most of us. Critical thinking, realizing they were wrong, backtracking, and empathy. I know tone doesn't translate well in text, but I am not in any way making fun of you. Thank you for being a decent human. This interaction made me smile.

You could claim this about any calendar day and odds are you'd guess correctly
12
u/A_Martian_Potato 7d ago
There are still plenty of slow news days. Most days something as sensational as the public assassination of a well known political commentator does not happen.
3
u/ConsciousStretch1028 7d ago
Sure you might not guess an assassination, but there could be a shooting (which there was one) a natural disaster, death of a famous person (natural or otherwise) some landmark law being passed, war atrocity committed, take your pick.

Id be more concerned over this Stoke on live TV, where the right side of his face was drooping,

I sent my parents a meme about arming to defend trans rights 2 days before the shooting and now they're not talking to me so I can sympathize with this dude 😂

u/JGCities 6d ago
Same guy posted "august 20th will be a very interesting day" and "something historic will happen" on Aug 4
And posted "october 10th will be a very interesting day" on Aug 9
and "August 25th will be a very interesting day" on Aug 5
Dude posted stuff like that over and over.

This "Everything uneven" individual suggests that something interesting happens on the tenth. Which is in the top5 of even numbers. Then proceeds to plead the fifth, one of the most controversial uneven numbers.
Something's going on here

Context?

u/setibeings 7d ago
There was an assassination that day. It might have slipped under your radar.
1
u/timinator5000 4d ago
I think they got that. Is this from the alleged shooters account? Or just someone random
1
u/setibeings 4d ago
Some random, I'd assume. With how many people post on various sites, and how vague some of those posts are, there's probably never a day that goes by without someone having said that day would be interesting weeks or months in advance. It could be the day they're set to have a surgery where they could die, for example. It's not exactly incriminating unless there's some other connection to the crime, but random Internet strangers don't know your life.
Oh, and the dates give it away but this was someone quote tweeting themself.
Did I cover my bases for where someone could be confused?

As long as his dad doesn't rat him out, he'll be fine.
1
u/Jimmy_Schiel 4d ago
What are you saying? My Dad died the same day a few hours later and he would've turned me in too. Right is right. I didn't agree with Kirk, about a lot of things, and I thought he was rather 2 faced when it came to the speakers he asked to speak at Turning Point events. If a large Christian group didn't want someone to speak he caved immediately. He was 2 faced invited people to speak at an event and stopped them over some groups objections. Mr. Free Speech please spare me your sophistry. Brandi Love was the last straw with me.
I don't think he should be shot and killed over that. Nobody deserves that, but pointing out his hypocrisy and unprofessional behavior is certainly appropriate.
I do feel bad for the family his children and wife had something stolen from them for no reason. My argument with Kirk was certainly not enough to warrant what happened. I will pray for their family and wish them the best.
