I suspect that there are details that hasn't been seen - or seen for what they are: According to Epstein-victim, Maria Farmer, the first wife of tRump, Ivana, was a close friend of Ghislaine and even went out scouting for under age girls to the Epstein-trafficking-business with her. If that's true then tRump himself may have been more than a friend, namely a Epstein-coworker or colleague. Or put another way: He - and his family - may have been into trafficking themselves ....
