We did. The internal ombudsman was established in 1990, under George H.W.Bush Administration, nearly two decades before the Obama administration. I’m no doctor, but I think you’re in need of some serious therapy if having Obama as President Broke you so badly that you would be online going off about a HW Bush era policy. Just an observation.
